Shipping Information

Any order placed to be delivery in time for the coming 2024 school year must be placed at least 8 days prior to the student’s arrival, provided at checkout. All orders placed less than 8 days prior to arrival will be charged for expedited delivery. Deliveries will be delivered to the school prior to the student’s arrival, in accordance with each school’s requirements. 

Please note that any welcome package order which is placed less than 2 business days prior to arrival is not guaranteed to be in the dorm before arrival. 

Orders placed throughout the year with a non-expedited delivery will be delivered within 4 business days from when the order was placed. Any order placed throughout the year with expedited delivery will be delivered within 2 business days from when the order was placed.

Business days are Sunday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Israel Time (2 a.m. – 10 a.m. EST). Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkos, Purim, Shushan Purim, Pesach, Shavuos, Tisha B’av, Chol Hamoed, Friday, Shabbos and Israeli legal holidays are not business days.

Delivery for welcome packages is $10.00. There is free delivery for orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on August 18, 2024.

Delivery for expedited delivery for a welcome package (ordered less than 8 days prior to arrival) is $15.00.
