Interpretation
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions:
- Company (referred to as either “the company”, “we”, “us” or “our” on this page) refers to Sem Deliveries.
- Website refers to Sem Deliveries, accessible from https://www.semdeliveries.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the company.
Product Information
All pictures shown on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Products may be substituted with a different color, band, or model, depending on availability. We reserve the right to substitute any product with a similar product at our discretion, without informing you.
Shipping Policy
Any order placed to be delivery in time for the coming 2024 school year must be placed at least 8 days prior to the student’s arrival, provided at checkout. All orders placed less than 8 days prior to arrival will be charged for expedited delivery. Deliveries will be delivered to the school prior to the student’s arrival, in accordance with each school’s requirements.
Please note that any welcome package order which is placed less than 2 business days prior to arrival is not guaranteed to be in the dorm before arrival.
Orders placed throughout the year with a non-expedited delivery will be delivered within 4 business days from when the order was placed. Any order placed throughout the year with expedited delivery will be delivered within 2 business days from when the order was placed.
Business days are Sunday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Israel Time (2 a.m. – 10 a.m. EST). Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkos, Purim, Shushan Purim, Pesach, Shavuos, Tisha B’av, Chol Hamoed, Friday, Shabbos and Israeli legal holidays are not business days.
Delivery Disclaimer: Delivery is only available in Jerusalem, Israel.
Delivery for welcome packages is $10.00. There is free delivery for orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on August 18, 2024.
Delivery for expedited delivery for a welcome package (ordered less than 8 days prior to arrival) is $15.00.
Delivery price for orders placed throughout the year is:
Standard Delivery – $15.00
Expedited Delivery – $22.00
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges will not be allowed once an order is delivered. For returns and/or exchanges before the order is delivered, see our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of an order or product will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation of an order or product after 24 hours will be charged a 50% stock fee, and you will get refunded 50% of the cancellation amount.
Disclaimers
In the event that any of your products are damaged or missing, you must notify us by the end of the second business day after the date of arrival written on your receipt or within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund for damaged or missing items if we are notified within the timeframe mentioned above.
If a product is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar product at our own discretion at no additional cost to you. We do not have to notify you if this happens.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, without providing an explanation.
